Muslims are furious over new anti-terrorist legislation. Afraid it will ‘unfairly’ target them. (Unfairly? Oh, that’s rich.)
Tennessean -The House Judiciary Committee approved anti-terrorism legislation that critics say would be used unfairly against Muslims, dealing the bill a victory after heavy lobbying by Muslim groups.
Judiciary Committee members voted 12-4 in favor of the Material Support to Designated Entities Act, a bill that would give the governor and the attorney general the power to declare organizations to be terrorist groups.
Supporters say the bill does not target any particular groups, but opponents say it is a veiled attack on Muslims, noting that it in its original form the bill specifically targeted Shariah, the basic set of Islamic religious laws. (It isn’t veiled, it’s the politically correct way to attack Muslims without having to state the obvious. See….we on the right can play that game, too)
The vote sends the measure to the House Finance Committee, which must also approve it before it can go before the full House of 
Representatives. The measure is also scheduled to come up this afternoon in the Senate Judiciary Committee. The House Judiciary Committee approved the bill after nearly two hours of debate, much of it over whether groups suspected of terrorism would have enough opportunities to challenge the designation.

Little serpent head, Ron Paul, pooh poohs the idea that there’s a threat to this country from Shari’a proponents. He also thinks that building an Islamic Victory Mosque at Ground Zero is a terrific idea.
Politico - Ron Paul on Monday night dismissed Sean Hannity’s fear that Sharia law is coming to the United States.
In a somewhat contentious interview with the Fox News host, Paul asserted that Hannity’s perspective on American relations with the Muslim world is far from reality. Discussing the run-up to the Sept. 11 terrorist attacks, Paul told a perturbed Hannity that “the 9/11 Commission recognized there was a blow back phenomenon from the fact we were over there and had a base in Saudi Arabia.”
Hannity then shot back with the concern that Islamic leaders are seeing to
created a new, worldwide caliphate. “If they were at war with us for a decade, do you not agree there is a desire among Islamic extremists to have an Islamic caliphate, Sharia law?” an incensed Hannity asked.
“I think because we are over there, their numbers grow,” Paul responded. “You have radicals in all religions, if there is some way to incite them, their numbers will grow.”
The two revisited their fight over Sharia when Hannity needled Paul for defending the Imam who wanted to set up a near Ground Zero in New York. “You are not concerned about the families of 9/11 and what happened?” Hannity asked.
“This means you blame the religion, you don’t want to blame the religion,” Paul responded. (Yes, we do)

Iranian civil defense commander Gholamreza Jalali said Monday the Islamic Republic’s nuclear program has fallen prey to another computer virus called ‘Stars.’ The Stars virus is the second in the cyber war against Iran’s bid for nuclear capability, following after the much-reported Stuxnet virus.
Israel National News - (H/T Elizabeth A) - Jalalai said the introduction of the new virus is being investigated while admitting Stuxnet still posed a risk. “We should know that fighting the Stuxnet virus does not mean the threat has been completely tackled, because viruses have a certain life span and they might continue their activities in another way,” Jalali said.
The revelation that Stuxnet is still hampering Iran’s nuclear program runs counter to previous claims by Iranian officials that the destructive virus had been dealt with and buttresses Saudi concerns that Iran’s intention to activate the Bushehr plant in May could 
lead to a ‘second Fukushima.’ Saudi concerns were based on reports attributed to a Russian engineer working at the site that metal shards were found in the coolant intakes for the reactor.
Iranian officials blamed Israel and the United States — which believe Iran is seeking nuclear weapons — for the Stuxnet virus, which some expert shave described as the first “guided cyber missile,” aimed at Iran’s atomic program.
“Stars,” experts speculate, is the second.
“Fortunately,” Jalali told Iran’s press. “Our young experts have been able to discover this virus and the Stars virus is now in the laboratory for more investigations,” Jalali was quoted as saying. He did not specify the target of Stars or its intended impact.
“The particular characteristics of the Stars virus have been discovered. The virus is congruous and harmonious with the [computer] system and in the initial phase it does minor damage and might be mistaken for some executive files of government organizations.”
Bushehr is still not operational, having missed several start-up deadlines since the Stuxnet virus was introduced.

Some 150 people surrounded Rabbi Joseph Polak under the shade of a large mango tree in southern Sudan last week. Just days before, most of them had been slaves. Most were emaciated, and many disfigured. Some still bore fresh wounds. As Polak presided over an informal seder, the former slaves celebrated their liberation from northern Sudan with matzah and storytelling.
I Abolish -(H/T Rod F)- “You have been part of a miracle, and you have to thank G-d for that,” Polak told the freed slaves. Remember this day, he said. Commemorate it. During the 23-year Sudanese civil war – which ended in 2005 – militia forces from the Arab/Muslim North swooped down on villages in the Christian and tribalist South. They shot the men and captured the women and children as slaves.
The humanitarian organization Christian Solidarity International has managed to free some 100,000 slaves through a series of complex negotiations with their masters and intermediaries, trading at first cash and now cow vaccine for freedom.
The seder was organized by Charles Jacobs, president of the American Anti-Slavery Group. Jacobs said he was approached with the idea several months ago by a New York-based Jewish philanthropist. For Jacobs, the trip for the seder was his second this year to Sudan. He was in the country in January, when southerners voted nearly unanimously to form their own country. On both that trip and a previous one – on Passover, 2001 – Jacobs witnessed the liberation of slaves. He said Christian Solidarity is trying to free as many of the estimated 40,000 remaining slaves as possible before July, when the secession becomes official. That event might, abolitionists worry, enrage slave owners.
The Americans spent several hours with the Sudanese, listening to their stories. Most are Dinka, the largest ethnic tribe in southern Sudan. Before being captured, they had lived in small villages with thatched huts, farming and herding cattle. Many were forced to convert to Islam by their masters. One woman, who was enslaved for 21 years, told Jacobs and the Polaks of being repeatedly raped and beaten for refusing to say Muslim prayers.
Polak, 69, himself was a small child in the Westerbork and Berge-Belsen concentration camps. “I told them, be thankful to G-d and be thankful to man,” Polak said. “In the Shoah, no one came for us, but here the people did come for them. There is a systematic effort to reach these people.”

This story is about Gaddafi’s troops but you can be sure the so-called ‘rebels’ are no better. Children as young as eight are being raped in front of their families. Women are being raped in front of their husbands and children. I wonder if the $25 million we just gave them for ‘non-lethal’ items includes Viagra?
UK DAILY MAIL - Aid workers described horrific stories of widespread sexual abuse, including one incident in which a group of girls was abducted and held hostage for four days. When they were finally released, they were too traumatised to speak.
Other children have described being forced to watch as their fathers were murdered and their mothers raped. They told Save The Children that they themselves were then brually beaten before being released. Harrowing stories of sexual assaults against women and children have emerged from those who have fled the besieged cities of Misrata, Ajdabia and Rus-Lanuf.
Michael Mahrt, the charity’s child protection adviser, said: ‘The reports of sexual violence against children are unconfirmed but they are consistent and were repeated across the four camps we visited. Mr Mahrt said that some children are showing signs of physical and emotional distress; they are withdrawn, refuse to play and wake up crying in the night.
He added: ‘Whenever some children hear a gun being fired they re-live the terrible ordeal they have been through. It is clear that for many of them, their suffering is far from over.’
There have been numerous reports of Gaddafi’s troops – some fuelled by Viagra – using rape as a weapon of war. In the most notorious example, 28-year-old Iman al-Obeidi claimed she was assaulted for two days by 15 men after being abducted at a checkpoint. She was arrested after trying to tell her story to foreign journalists and has subsequently been charged with slander.
But in a conservative society where rape is heavily stigmatised, many women will not tell even their close family what has happened to them. (Of course not, they are afraid they will be killed for being raped – a Muslim tradition)
Rebel spokesman Abdelbaset Abumzirig, who is based in Misrata, said that there has been a string of horrific assaults in Benghazi Street – parrallel to Tripoli Street where a maor battle for the city was fought. ’The Gaddafi forces have been ordered to rape because this means they are insulting Misrata itself.’
‘Children told us they have witnessed horrendous scenes. Some said they saw their fathers murdered and mothers raped. ‘They described things happening to other children but they may have actually happened to them and they are just too upset to talk about it – it’s a typical coping mechanism used by children who have suffered such abuse.
‘What is most worrying is that we have only been able to speak to a limited number of children – what else is happening to those who are trapped in Misrata and other parts of the country who do not have a voice.’
In an interview with the Sunday Times, Dr Khalifa al-Sharkassi described how two sisters, aged 16 and 20, had been assaulted by African mercenaries after their brothers had joined the rebels. The girls’ mother was locked in another room while they were raped. ’Four or five Africans took turns raping both girls,’ he said. ‘(Now) one of them just sits and cries and looks lost.’
He said another victim had tried to clean herself with bleach after being attacked. One of his patients had given herself an injection of chlorine in the belief that this would stop herself becoming pregnant.

The Muslims who made this video calling Prince William a Nazi are the same Muslims threatening a terrorist attack on the Royal Wedding. So, why are they making videos instead of sitting in jail?
In a recent report published by The Telegraph, disturbing admissions were once again leaked exposing prince William’s yearning desire to commit acts of terror and Nazism, in Afghanistan; his deliberate and heartfelt expressions of melancholy and frustration at being prevented from joining his (crusading) brethren abroad, in imposing democracy by the bullet, are ample proof of the need to decry what is undoubtedly, the makings of a modern day Nazi.
With the body count in Afghanistan well into the tens of thousands, it is extraordinary that the association of any individual with military servicemen conscientiously bent on fulfilling Britain’s bloody foreign policy, should not be met with extreme rancour and bitterness; subsequently, it is almost bewildering that the British public continue to be lulled into a blissful ignorance regarding prince William’s blatant military position.

In post-revolutionary Egypt, where hope and confusion collide in the daily struggle to build a new nation, religion has emerged as a powerful political force, following an uprising that was based on secular ideals. The Muslim Brotherhood, an Islamist group once banned by the state, is at the forefront, transformed into a tacit partner with the military government that many fear will thwart fundamental changes.
It is also clear that the young, educated secular activists who initially propelled the nonideological revolution are no longer the driving political force — at least not at the moment. As the best organized and most extensive opposition movement in Egypt, the Muslim Brotherhood was expected to have an edge in the contest for influence. But what surprises many is its link to a military that vilified it.
But what happened to all of those young idealists in the street that drove Mubarak out of power and put their trust in the military to protect them? Well, they don’t seem to be around any longer, but suddenly facial hair is the new fashion on the street:
“We are all worried,” said Amr Koura, 55, a television producer, reflecting the opinions of the secular minority. “The young people have no control of the revolution anymore. It was evident in the last few weeks when you saw a lot of bearded people taking charge. The youth are gone.”

And NO, it wasn’t even the Mormon church, it was The Wasatch Presbyterian Church that gave away free copies of the Qur’an in an Easter season ecumenical riposte to the recent burning of the Islamic UNholy book by a controversial Florida pastor.
Reuters - The Wasatch Presbyterian Church has ordered 50 copies of the Qaran to be distributed at a local bookstore starting on Monday.
“We’re not promoting Islam, we’re not saying the Quran is the Bible,” said Scott Dalgarno, the church’s pastor. “We’re just saying that if people are curious, if they want their consciences informed on this issue … then let them pick up a copy on us and read it and decide for themselves what to think.” (Apparently they are giving away the sanitized for infidels’ version, not the one with quotes as follows)

He said the giveaway was a response to Terry Jones, the leader of a fringe, fundamentalist church in Gainesville, Florida. In a move that prompted riots in Afghanistan, Jones’ tiny church in northern Florida burned a Qur’an last month following a mock “trial” of the text.

Jones was in court on Friday in Dearborn, Michigan — home of one of the largest Muslim communities in the United States — where he wants to hold a demonstration outside the Islamic Center of America, the largest mosque in the country.

An attempt to hijack an Alitalia plane to Libya was foiled on Sunday night by the cabin crew. Italy’s ANSA news agency said the would-be hijacker was armed with a small knife and comes from the Islamic nation of Kazakhstan.
UK Guardian - The incident took place on a flight from Paris to Rome with 131 passengers on board. Alitalia identified it as flight AZ 329 which had taken off from Paris at 8.24pm local time.
The airline said in a statement: “A passenger in an evident state of agitation assaulted a flight attendant, demanding that the flight be diverted to Tripoli. Thanks to the swift intervention of the other flight attendants the attacker was restrained in his seat and the flight continued towards Rome Fiumicino where it landed normally at 21.55.”
Ansa reported that, after he was immobilised, the would-be hijacker was sedated by a doctor who was among the passengers. The crew radioed ahead to alert the police who escorted the man from the plane.
Early on Monday, he was reportedly being interrogated by officers of the Italian frontier police. The flight attendant who had been seized was taken to a first aid post, but she was found not to have been seriously hurt in the incident.

A Columbia, MO Muslim says a state lawmaker’s e-mail response to a constituent’s criticism is further proof his faith is under attack on Capitol Hill. (As well it should be) State Rep. Rick Womick, R-Rockvale, called Islam in the e-mail a “political-militaristic-religion” responsible for 10 out of the last 11 terrorist attacks on Americans. (Ewwwwww, don’t confront Muslims with the facts, it might incite them to violence)
C-DH - Womick wrote he has studied Islam and its code known as Shariah for nine years, and he advised others to do the same before turning a blind eye and accusing others of intolerance.
“Ignorance is bliss, and stupidity can get you killed,” Womick wrote. “I suggest you educate yourself on both sides of the issue.”
Lawmakers are considering a bill that would authorize the governor and attorney general to designate an entity “a domestic terrorist” or “a foreign terrorist organization.” Initially, the measure mentioned Islam and Shariah by name, but it was later amended to strip any reference to a religion.
Daoud Abudiab, a Columbia Muslim whose mosque was torched by white supremacists in 2008, said Womick’s written remarks show lawmakers are really wanting to target the state’s Muslims, despite their assurances that is not the case. “He’s a state representative and he holds this view, and he wants me to trust another state representative to designate us as a terrorist organization or not. … It’s terrifying to think people of his stature believe that,” Abudiab said. (Actually, it is wonderful that a person of his stature are willing to tell the truth about Islam)
Aaron Nuell, (self-hating Jew) a second-grade teacher from Murfreesboro, wrote the critical letter to Womick, asking him to “stop attacking your Muslim constituents.” (A liberal Jewish teacher = lethal combination)
Abudiab was one of four Muslims who testified Tuesday against the measure, which is sponsored by Maury County’s Republican state Sen. Bill Ketron. Tennessee Muslims argue the legislation is unnecessary because of existing laws dealing with terrorism. They also argue it will be used to declare Muslims guilty by association of supporting terrorism. (Excellent!)
As many as 300 Muslims and representatives of interfaith groups showed up at the committee meeting at the legislative office complex at the Tennessee Capitol to oppose the bill. Abudiab said a private meeting after the hearing involving himself, Republican Speaker Pro Tempore Judd Matheny and other representatives of the Muslim community turned contentious.
“He (Matheny) abruptly asked the Muslim representatives to vacate his office and asked for law enforcement to assist in that without giving us a chance to walk out,” Abudiab said. (Well, how did he know they didn’t have knives in their pockets?)
Abudiab said one of the Muslim representatives was aggressively asserting his position, but he didn’t think law enforcement needed to be called because the man was not threatening anybody. “In my opinion, it was uncalled for and very disrespectful,” he said of Matheny’s decision to summon state troopers. “You would expect someone of his stature in public service to show more restraint.” (No, you would expect someone of his stature to protect his constituents from an evil death cult that threatens their way of life)
If you look at the Chronological Order of the Qur’an, you can see the last chapter is called Nasr. Every chapter has a name. In the traditional order, Nasr is the 110th chapter. But it was really the 114th; the last one “revealed” to Mohammad. He died 80 days later. The last chapter doesn’t say much. It’s just three verses basically saying “When Allah has achieved victory and conquered lots of people and when they are becoming Muslims in great numbers, praise Allah and ask for forgiveness.” That’s about it.
But if you look up the second to last chapter, called Taubah (which means “Ultimatum”), you will find it says a great deal about non-Muslims. In the traditional chapter order, this is chapter 9. Here are a few choice verses:
9:5 Slay the idolaters wherever you find them.
9:6 Those who submit and convert to Islam will be treated well. (Those who don’t submit will be killed. See previous verse.)
9:7-9 Don’t make treaties with non-Muslims. They are all evildoers and should not be trusted.
9:11 Treat converts to Islam well, but kill those who refuse to convert (see 9:5).
9:12-14 Fight the disbelievers! Allah is on your side; he will give you victory.
9:23 Don’t make friends with your disbelieving family members. Those who do so are wrong-doers.
9:29 Fight against Christians and Jews “until they pay the tribute readily, being brought low.”
9:33 The “Religion of Truth” (Islam) must prevail, by force if necessary, over all other religions.
9:41 Fight for Allah with your wealth and whatever weapons are available to you.
9:42 Those who refuse to fight for Allah (claiming they are unable) are liars who have destroyed their souls.
9:73 Fight the disbelievers and hypocrites. Be harsh with them. They are all going to hell anyway.
9:81-83 Those who refuse to give their wealth and lives to Allah will face the fire of hell.
9:85 Those who refuse to fight for Allah will be treated (along with their children) as unbelievers.
9:111 Believers must fight for Allah. They must kill and be killed. Allah will reward them for it.
9:123 Fight disbelievers who are near you, and let them see the harshness in you.
This is Allah’s “last word” on tolerance and peace toward non-Muslims. If nothing else up to this point had abrogated the tolerant verses, the above verses completely wipe out every last positive verse in the Quran for non-Muslims.
The translations above are based on the Skeptics Annotated Quran. You can check the verses above (by using the verse number) to double-check their meaning in any Quran. You will find these are accurate summaries of the verses. Lots of web sites have the entire Quran available to read online. Here are a few. Just look up Sura 9 and scroll down to the verse number you’re looking for.

Dawud Walid, executive director for CAIR-Michigan, says, “Banning Pastor Terry Jones because of the possibility that his protest in front of the Islamic Center would incite violence implies that Muslims in Dearborn are likely to start killing and maiming people as they did in Afghanistan.”
He has a good point, which in retrospect, makes me happy that the court did what they did.

The percentage of Muslims in prisons throughout Europe and the U.S. far exceeds their numbers in the general population of each country.
Shouldn’t this beg the question, why are Europe and the US continuing to allow so many Muslim immigrants (both legal and illegal) into their countries?
