Federal Judge ties CAIR to Islamic Terrorist Groups
Posted: November 24, 2010 Filed under: CAIR Nazis Leave a comment »A federal judge has determined that the Justice Department HAS provided ample evidence to designate the ‘self-proclaimed’ most prominent Muslim group in America as an unindicted terrorist co-conspirator.
WND - According to a federal court ruling unsealed Friday, the Washington-based Council on American-Islamic Relations 
has been involved in “a conspiracy to support Hamas,” a federally designated terrorist group that has murdered at least 17 Americans and injured more than 100 U.S. citizens.
The 20-page order, signed by U.S. District Judge Jorge A. Solis, cites “ample evidence” that CAIR participated in a “criminal conspiracy” led by the Holy Land Foundation, Hamas’s main fundraising arm in the U.S. As a result, the judge refused CAIR’s request to strike its name from documents listing it as an unindicted co-conspirator in the case.
“The four pieces of evidence the government relies on do create at least a prima facie case as to CAIR’s involvement in a conspiracy to support Hamas,” Solis wrote in his July 2009 ruling.
The evidence includes documents introduced by the government showing CAIR and its founding chairman Omar Ahmad have operated as key members of Hamas’ U.S. wing, known as the “Palestine Committee.” In addition, FBI wiretaps and agent testimony have placed both Ahmad and CAIR’s acting executive director – Nihad Awad – at a secret meeting last decade with Hamas leaders in Philadelphia. Meeting in a hotel room, participants hatched a scheme to disguise payments to Hamas suicide bombers and their families as charity.
“The attendees agreed not to mention the word Hamas but to refer to Hamas as ‘Samah,’ which is Hamas spelled backwards,” Solis said. “The Philadelphia conference essentially laid out the path that the Palestine Committee would take to accomplish its goal of supporting Hamas in the future.”
During the meeting – which was organized and led by CAIR founder Ahmad – the Hamas operatives agreed to form CAIR as an outwardly benign front group skilled in media manipulation. “They did not want to be viewed as being aligned with terrorist groups,” he said.
The judge did not dispute “press accounts and blog entries” that “CAIR is a criminal organization that supports terrorism,” according to the ruling.
The government’s evidence undermines CAIR’s public face as a “civil-rights advocacy organization,” while corroborating the findings of the bestselling book, “Muslim Mafia: Inside the Secret Underworld That’s Conspiring to Islamize America.” The book chronicles the undercover investigation of P. David Gaubatz and his son, who interned at CAIR’s national headquarters.
CAIR has sued the Gaubatzes for trespassing, but has not denied any of the book’s explosive findings tying CAIR closer to terrorism.
CAIR, which has not been charged with a crime, denies allegations it works for Hamas – even as it refuses to condemn the terrorist group by name. ”CAIR is not a front group for Hamas,” insisted CAIR spokesman Ibrahim Hooper, “or any of the other false and misleading associations our detractors seek to smear us with.”
CAIR maintains it is simply a Muslim-rights group, but the Justice Department says it is a front group not only for Hamas, but for its parent the radical Muslim Brotherhood – a worldwide jihadist movement that prosecutors say has a secret plan 
to impose Shariah law on the U.S. “From its founding by Muslim Brotherhood leaders, CAIR conspired with other affiliates of the Muslim Brotherhood to support terrorists,” said assistant U.S. Attorney Gordon Kromberg in a separate court filing.
In 2007, U.S. prosecutors first named CAIR an unindicted co-conspirator in a criminal scheme led by the Holy Land Foundation to funnel more than $12 million to Hamas suicide bombers and their families. A jury in 2008 convicted the charity and its leaders on all 108 felony counts.
“CAIR has been identified by the government at trial as a participant in an ongoing and ultimately unlawful conspiracy to support a designated terrorist organization – a conspiracy from which CAIR never withdrew,” said assistant U.S. Attorney Jim Jacks, who recently won an award from Attorney General Eric Holder for convicting the Holy Land terrorists.
The Holy Land revelations prompted the FBI to sever ties with CAIR until it can demonstrate it is not a terror front.
Media outlets – including Fox News, which is financed by the same Saudi prince funding CAIR – continue to invite Awad and other CAIR leaders on the air to argue against airport profiling and other issues on CAIR’s agenda. Fox has offered CAIR guests full segments unopposed by critics and without viewer caveats regarding CAIR’s court-documented terror connections.

COURANT- A Windsor woman says she was told to remove or cover up her traditional Muslim head scarf during a visit to the Ron-A-Roll indoor skating rink this week.
Marisol Rodriguez-Colon and her sister-in-law were planning to attend a niece’s birthday party at Ron-A-Roll on Sunday. But once inside, Rodriguez-Colon said, they were stopped and told they would have to remove their head scarves because of a policy prohibiting headwear. The Ron-A-Roll employee, who identified herself as a manager, Rodriguez-Colon said, offered the women two options —either take off their scarves or wear a helmet over them. Rodriguez-Colon said she believes the policy is discriminatory.
“We couldn’t enter the facility because we had our scarves on,” said Rodriguez-Colon, who has worn the scarf, or hijab, for 16 years.
Stop telling us how we must accommodate your garbage religion. Better yet, don’t come here at all.

NEW ISLAMIC ‘FATWAS’ declare open season on killing tourists, attacking ‘infidel’ businesses

A jihadist website has posted fatwas that permit the killing of tourists and targeting of ‘infidel ‘ companies like Coca-Cola and McDonald’s, according to the Middle East Media Research Institute.
Awwww, but these companies are turning themselves inside out to be sharia-friendly.
Investigative Project – The fatwas on the website Al-Minbar Wal-Tawhid came in response to a posting by a member named “Abu Sayyed Qutub,” which included the following questions:
· “What is the ruling regarding companies that distribute Jewish and American products, such as Coca-Cola and McDonald’s?”
· “Is it permissible to receive help from gangsters in order to carry out jihad operations, as they say the jihad in Algeria is doing?”
· “Is a group of fewer than 10 young people without military or organizational experience permitted to target tourists in countries with apostate [Muslim] governments, where no known jihad group operates?”
Sheikh Abu Walid al-Maqdisi, a Gaza-based cleric, replied that according to Sharia, it is forbidden to harm Muslim lives and possessions but permissible “to target infidel and polytheist lives and possessions.”
“If the owners of these companies are Muslims, it is forbidden to harm or steal from them, even if they distribute or sell goods produced by the Jewish and Christian enemies of Allah, as long as the essence of the commerce and of the goods is permissible according to sharia,” Maqdisi said. “However, if these companies are controlled by infidels, their property may be taken as booty, since the infidels of today are considered combatants.”
Kidnapping and killing tourists was permissible so long as it was done by “people who are reliable, knowledgeable in Sharia, and have organizational and military experience” and are acting for the benefit of Muslims, he said. If a Muslim lives where no organized jihadist group exists, he should establish one, Maqdisi said.
Muslims are prohibited from obtaining help from infidel gangsters (although they may purchase weapons from them), he added. While Sharia doesn’t bar Muslims from receiving help from Muslim criminals, the assistance should be rejected “if it is likely to harm the reputation of the mujahideen, or their jihad plan,” according to Maqdisi.

Marine 1st Lt. Robert Kelly was killed by a concealed bomb in Afghanistan. His father asks that prayers be directed toward his son’s platoon, still facing danger on the battleground.
LA TIMES – Arlington, Va. — Amid a military tradition honed by the agony of warfare, Marine 1st Lt. Robert Michael Kelly was honored and buried Monday at Arlington National Cemetery in the section reserved for those who have fallen in Iraq and Afghanistan.
Kelly, 29, was killed Nov. 9 in Helmand province in southern Afghanistan in a disheveled place called Sangin, long a Taliban stronghold. He was leading his platoon on a combat patrol when he stepped on a concealed bomb.
Kelly is believed to be the only son of a general to have been killed in Iraq or Afghanistan during the last nine years.
His father, Marine Lt. Gen. John Kelly, speaking during the funeral service at the Ft. Myer Memorial Chapel adjacent to the cemetery, said he preferred not to eulogize just his son. He wanted to honor all those who enlisted after the Sept. 11 attacks ready to fight “an enemy that is as savage as any that ever walked the earth.”
The elder Kelly led Marines during the assault on Baghdad and Tikrit in 2003 and during the battle for Fallouja in April 2004. He then served a year as the top Marine in Iraq, returning to Camp Pendleton in early 2009.
Robert Kelly’s older brother, Marine Capt. John Kelly, served two combat tours in Iraq and is now stationed at Twentynine Palms, where he is helping train troops for Afghanistan.
With an all-volunteer force, only about 1% of American families have members serving in the nation’s wars, but among that 1%, there are families for whom service and sacrifice have become a generational obligation.
Defense Secretary Robert M. Gates noted in a recent speech that there are “a large number” of sons and daughters of senior officers serving combat tours. Tony Odierno, the son of Army Gen. Ray Odierno, formerly the top U.S. officer in Iraq, lost an arm in combat in Iraq in 2004.
For most of the time since the 2003 invasion of Iraq, at least one member of Robert Kelly’s immediate family has been serving in a combat zone.
Robert was heavily involved in the house-to-house fighting during the second assault on Fallouja, in November 2004, considered the bloodiest urban warfare for the Marines since Vietnam. A graduate of Florida State University, he finished his first enlistment as a corporal, then reenlisted in 2008 as an officer, following a path similar to that taken by his father.

FRANCE: Non-Muslims unknowingly are being forced to pay an Islamic tax

Non-Muslims in France are secretly being served and/or sold HALAL-(inhumanely)-slaughtered meat from which a hidden tax called Jizyah* is taken and used for the Islamization of France as well as to support terrorism in France and abroad.
*Jizyah or jizya (جزْي) is the extra tax imposed on non-Muslims (Dhimmis) who live under Muslim rule according to the Qur’an and hadith: Once a land is conquered by Islamic armies the ruler can impose a taxation on those non-Muslims who will not convert to Islam. Jizyah is paid as a sign of submission and gives Dhimmis some legal protection in return. Under dhimmitude (the status that Islamic law, the Sharia, mandates for non-Muslims) Dhimmis usually are not allowed to carry arms to protect themselves, serve in the army or government, display symbols of their faith, build or repair places of worship etc. If the conquered do not wish to pay or convert, their fate may very well be slavery (under which, rape is permitted) or death. Witness the liberal hand wringing over David Gregory’s failure to pound West about his ‘extreme’ statements targeting Islam, liberals, and women on Meet the Press yesterday
Think Progress- Gregory began the panel by asking West if he thought the uproar over TSA screenings would become an expanding political issue. West calmly replied that it may, given heightened holiday travel, and wondered if there is “a better way here,” like perhaps “psychological profiling” in the Israeli model.
This might have been a good opportunity for Gregory to ask West if his 
“psychological profiling” plan might include anyone who identifies as Muslim. West has, after all, said that Islam is “a totalitarian theocratic political ideology, it is not a religion.” He believes that terrorism is part of being Muslim: “This is not a perversion. They are doing exactly what this book (the Quran) says.” West is proud of these beliefs — he says that “[u]ntil you get principled leadership in the United States of America that is willing to say that,” we won’t be able to “secure Western civilization.” So it seems natural that Gregory might ask West if he thought every
Muslim passing through airport security should be profiled, since, after all, West’s logic dictates that every Muslim is a terrorist. But Gregory did not ask that question.
Gregory also failed to ask West about the recent high-profile scandal involving Joyce Kaufman, the hate-radio host West briefly planned to hire as his congressional chief of staff. Kaufman also has a history of saying inflammatory things, like that when illegal immigrants who commit crimes, the U.S. “should hang you and send your body back to where you came from, and your family should pay for it.” Kaufman withdrew after an individual in Florida threatened government buildings after hearing Kaufman say on cable news that “if ballots don’t work, bullets will.” Gregory might have raised this episode in the panel’s discussion over possible tensions between the Tea Party and establishment Republicans, but he did not.
Among the other things viewers never learned about West when hearing his views on Meet the Press:
– Following Kaufman’s resignation over statements threatening political violence, West said he was “even more focused that this liberal, progressive, socialist agenda, this left-wing, vile, vicious, despicable machine that’s out there is soundly brought to its knees.”
– West slammed “chicken” leaders who read “memos from the feminists,” and defended his outsized rhetoric thusly: “That’s how people talk. … And you can print that: That’s how men talk.”
– Meet the Press graphics noted that West served in Iraq, but did not disclose that he resigned after facing a court martial for brutal interrogation tactics carried out against an Iraqi man.
If Meet the Press is going to ask ‘extremists’ like Allen West to offer political analysis, it’s their responsibility to let viewers understand West’s philosophy clearly, so they can consider his views in the proper context.

One of our readers from Sweden, Robin, translated this article from a Swedish publication. It is very hard to believe that a once great nation would do this to itself, but just look at the UK. Germany has awakened to the total failure of multiculturalism, why not Sweden?
On Wednesday, Swedish Parliament decides on a new constitution.Through a wide range of transformative changes Sweden – in violation of citizens who – in even more a vassal to the EU. Multiculturalism becomes imperative, the power centralized in the Big Brother state, the municipalities will lose much of their autonomy and the Swedish citizenship becomes a worthless dummy.

The transformation of Sweden into a multicultural hell that was started by a unanimous parliamentary resolution in 1975 cast now definitively in the concrete. Thus completes the Swedish government and parliament, the treason which they assiduously worked on for four decades.
The Swedish policy-makers can not get enough of multiculturalism. Now it is written into the Constitution and is mandatory. The decision will be taken on Wednesday by the seven old parliamentary parties. Only Sweden Democrats will vote against the new Constitution. The Seven-party (so called because of their complete consensus) is in final concrete casting of history’s greatest economic, social, demographic and cultural fiasco, the multicultural social experiment.
They not only relegate Sweden to a unique position in the international league folly – they also dig their own graves with haste it seems. But they do not understand. The power elite think they are invulnerable. Blinded by the simplicity, power drunk and political illusions carve it on what will be its own downfall.
Segregation will be promoted
The new law says: “Ethnic, linguistic and religious minorities ability to retain and develop its own culture and community life will promoted. “Formerly known as the” should be promoted, now becomes the “must”.

increasing rate is about to dismantle the former welfare state Sweden and turn it into a socially, culturally and economically developing country.
The change was sneaked through
Amendments to the Constitution are so important that it takes two parliamentary decisions with a choice between. The Constitution is the floor joists in social structure, the foundations that underpin democracy. The Swedish people have clearly right to inspect and give their views on such a large legislative amendment. But as usual, they sneaked the really big changes through without debate and over people’s heads, while the mass media look the other way and observe the utmost silence.
The first constitutional change decision was taken on June 2. This is what the country’s largest morning paper, Dagens Nyheter, has been able to accomplish if amendment to the constitution – the magazine seems to have made an effort to find the most trivial points in the 423-page government bill.
Other constitutional amendments are much more momentous
Immigrants do not need to learn Swedish
• Immigrants may be constitutionally protected rights to segregate themselves themselves from their new homeland and the Swedish population. They need not learn Swedish or otherwise adapt to Sweden. SFI (school for immigrants) can be closed. Where the state can save millions.
• The school is obliged to offer not only the mother tongue education but education in all languages and dialects. “A Vietnamese immigrant family in the town of Blattnicksele can with the constitution require that the local school hires a Vietnamese-speaking teacher only their children, “writes the blog Hayekinstitutet, who calls the new constitution “a nice little coup d’etat”.
• Health services have to employ staff who speak all possible languages and dialects, such as Swahili, Pashto and Dari. Swedish immigrants speak some 200 different languages, including Arabic is now the third largest after the Swedish and Finnish. All language should naturally be available to immigrants.

I just posted about it because I don’t know for how much longer I will remain free to post like this. The persecutions will probably increase already early next year. That’s what I expect. It’s nothing you will read about in MSM though. They will try to keep the fake facade of democracy as long as they can. Our parliament consists of a total of 349 representatives of what now 20 belongs to the SD. The latter the only ones we can be sure they will vote against it. The rest of them will commit high treason and if I had my way, they would all be drawned and quartered like in old times. There is nothing more despicable than betraying one’s own people and country. They all deserve to die and go to hell after that. They deserve no quarter what-so-ever.

SWEDEN: Muslim man would rather his pregnant wife bleed to death than be touched by a male doctor

The doctor rushed to help a MUSLIM woman who went into violent hemorrhage following childbirth. But when the woman’s relatives discovered the doctor was a man, they immediately went on the attack, kicking the doctor in the groin.
Another reason why Muslims should be banned from the West and other civilized nations.
Gates of Vienna- In one of those scenes that are becoming all too common in today’s Europe, a family of Muslim culture enrichers in Sweden attacked an emergency room doctor to prevent him from touching one of their women, even if it meant risking the patient’s life.
This incident took place at Örebro University Hospital in Sweden two weeks ago. According to René Bangshöj, head of the women’s clinic, the assaulted doctor had been called in to help a woman who had just given birth and who then underwent heavy bleeding.
“When the doctor came in, he was met by angry screaming: ‘We do not want a male doctor at the childbirth room’,” Bangshöj said to Swedish Radio in Örebro. The doctor, however, took his medical vow seriously, and went towards the woman. That made her husband go berserk, and he violently attacked the doctor to stop him from touching his bleeding wife.
“And at the same time the woman’s brother came into the room and attacked the doctor from behind,” Bangshöj told the reporter. “The doctor tried to protect himself against the punches and kicks, but the two foreigners nevertheless gave him a sharp kick in the groin,” he said to Swedish Radio.
Several staff members had already alerted the police, who came in large numbers and had the two violent men quickly removed. Then the woman finally could be taken to the surgery room, and she was saved in spite of it all.
The doctor is now working as before on the ward, but the hospital has its security department working on the matter to determine if there exist continued threats against him after doing surgery to save one of those unfortunate women who have to give birth in a culture completely without decency.
According to the head of staff, Rene Bangshöj, it is not uncommon for patients’ male relatives to make demands on the department’s staff, advising them that women must be inspected by female doctors and not men. “We see it as discrimination against male doctors, if we should always have to be prepared to consider these kinds of wishes,” the doctor concludes his statement. The Sharia Law promoters behind the proposed triumphal mosque and community center have applied for $5 million in federal grant blood money set aside for redeveloping downtown Manhattan after the Sept. 11, 2001, terrorist attacks.
THE DAILY BEAST- The audacious move stands to reignite the embers of a divisive debate that dominated headlines surrounding the ninth anniversary of the attacks this fall, say people vested in the issue.

The application was submitted under a “community and cultural enhancement” grant program administered by the Lower Manhattan Redevelopment Corporation (LMDC), which oversaw the $20 billion in federal aid allocated in the wake of 9/11 and is currently doling out millions in remaining taxpayer funds for community development. The redevelopment board declined to comment on the application, citing the still ongoing and confidential process of determining the grant winners.
Ground Zero Mosque developers clearly had a legal right to apply for the grant. A list of Frequently Asked Questions that accompanied the application specifically states that religious organizations can make funding requests for capital projects “as long as the request is for a facility or portion of a facility that is dedicated to non-religious activities or uses.”
But the question on whether they could have is trumped by the question of whether they should have. The stated aim of the mosque’s developers is to provide a community center for lower Manhattan’s 4,000 Muslim residents. Their own website explained that they understood the need to “appeal to the undecided, and change the conversation about Muslims in America.” It’s pretty clear that this play for federal dollars will generate none of that, starting with the lack of disclosure or community consultation before developers submitted their application, which was due November 5th.
“If Imam Feisal and his retinue want know why they’re not trusted, here’s yet another reason,” says Irshad Manji, author of The Trouble with Islam and Director of the Moral Courage Project at NYU, when I asked her about the grant proposal. “The New Yorkers I speak with have questions about the mosque. Requesting money from public coffers without engaging the public shows a staggering lack of empathy—especially from a man who says he’s all about dialogue.”
As a witness to the 9/11 attacks and someone who currently lives in the revived neighborhood, I can tell you that anger over the Victory mosque project was more intense outside the community than within it.
After all, the local community board approved the mosuqe development in two separate votes—and the right of the project to proceed was honorably affirmed by Mayor (Muslim Asskisser’)Bloomberg against a torrent of criticism this fall.
Reasonable people who recognize the Islamic community center’s right to develop on private property, however, will object to their use of public funds to do so.
Part of the strangeness of the application is that it blows past the suggested range of $100,000 to $1 million that these grants are supposed to fall to within (I’m told the entire pool for this round of cultural
funding will come in under $20 million). According to the two sources knowledgeable about the thinking behind the proposal, the strategy behind the $5 million ballpark was trying to yield a higher figure in the end.
But the project likely doesn’t quality for a grant in the first place. Specifically, the grant criteria mandate a demonstration of a project’s financial feasibility, based on benchmarks set by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). The government will help complete development projects—but it does not provide seed capital. And in their last public financial statement, the project was found to have less than $20,000 in the bank for a project with a slated cost of $100 million.
It will be interesting to see how the LMDC deals with the appropriateness of this application, especially given its stated commitment to “an open, inclusive, and transparent planning process in which the public has a central role in shaping the future of Lower Manhattan.” After all, among its advisory councils are representatives of the victim’s families, who are unlikely to be sympathetic to the subject.
In the end, the application is likely to be unsuccessful financially while mobilizing a new round of opposition. It’s a lose-lose proposition put forward by a tone-deaf organization that seems determined to alienate allies and embolden opponents. (Not to worry, Dhimmi Bloomberg will push it through. After all, he has big business deals in the Middle East dependent upon the success of this travesty)
Muslims should be required to take an ‘Offense Test’ before they are allowed to live in the West

The Offense Test is very simple. If another driver on the highway flashes me the middle finger, it is generally accepted that he is a jackass. If I try to kill him in response, it is generally accepted that I am unfit for civil society and should be locked up.
CANADA FREE SPEECH - But the Offense Test is more than just a way to screen out homicidal maniacs, it also screens out groups that are incapable of reconciling themselves to free speech. And in Europe and America, from the days when Salman Rushdie had to live in hiding to the present day, when Molly Norris has had to abandon her career as a cartoonist and go into hiding—Islam has failed the Offense Test in the worst way possible.
Barbaric honor-shame codes of the tribal society.
Living in a free society that is not rendered artificially homogeneous by speech codes and guardians of morality, means being willing to ignore offensive speech against your person and your beliefs. That means setting aside the barbaric honor-shame codes of the tribal society, with its value system in which every man is only worth as much or as little as the honor of his tribe and his family, for the ability to distinguish threats from insults.
GREAT BRITAIN
Operating under the honor-shame code, in a free society where women are considered to have equal rights and free speech is more sacred, than sacred icons, the Muslim man is constantly on the verge of inflicting violence inside and outside the family. It takes only a straw to break the camel’s back, his daughter kissing a strange boy, a Fatwa about foreign troops in his country or a bad day at work. It’s not so much the nature of the actual offense that matters, only the religious and cultural “hair trigger” that Islam cultivates in its followers. And while the honor-shame code is not limited to Muslims, only the Muslim world has managed to turn the honor-shame trigger into a global tripwire, with cartoons in Denmark leading to killings in Pakistan.
Muslims may decry talk of plans for the Caliphate as a conspiracy theory or Islamophobia, but when they act collectively through the UN via the OIC and through violence and intimidation to restrict any speech that they dislike, then they are effectively attempting to impose the speech codes of their religious legal system on the entire world.
And billions of Christians, Hindus, Buddhists, Jews and others, should not be expected to react well to the imposition of a system that leaves them as second class citizens, liable to be demonized as infidels, idolaters and the children of pigs and apes, without the right or freedom to respond.
Western apologists for Islam insist that tolerance lies in not offending Muslims, but that is not what tolerance is. Tolerance means that we tolerate the offensive, not that we have it cleared away from us by the censorship of the state or the violence or the mob.
FRANCE
There is nothing wrong with being sensitive to other people’s feelings, when such sensitivity is mutually reciprocated, and when it is not dictated by fear of violence. But when sensitivity is motivated by a fear of violence, then it is no longer an act of empathy, but of cowardice. There is nobility in not stepping on the downtrodden, but none in cringing before an angry mob. To censor free speech in the face of anguish may be a kindness, but it is a crime in the face of bloodshed.
Yet the same liberals who insist that WW2 GI’s were fighting for the right to gay marriage, insist that we must censor anything that offends Muslims in order to protect US soldiers in Afghanistan. Yet, what if anything, are American soldiers fighting for if not to preserve such a basic freedom. What could we hope to gain by appeasing the Muslim world that would outweigh our Bill of Rights? Supreme Court Justice Stephen Breyer appears to disagree, reviving WWI era arguments about shouting fire in a crowded theater. But the question here is not one of censoring speech in the name of patriotism, but of avoiding violence by suppressing speech that might trigger the murderers to kill.
No free society can exist by allowing the murderers or would be murderers to set the terms of its free speech.
To do so is to submit tyranny. If we allow that to happen, then we no longer have either a Constitution or even self-government, all our laws and practices would be subject to review by any Muslim cleric with a microphone and a grudge. That is the system that the vaunted European “tolerance” has ushered in, where 3 year olds in England are being monitored for racism, Jews are fleeing Europe at a rate unprecedented since the rise of the Nazis, and dogs are barred from buses. But despite the fearful shadow of this draconian tolerance, matters are no better. Once the murderers are allowed to determine what freedoms a society will have, the killing never stops. Not until all the freedoms do.
SWEDEN
That is why the Offense Test is so crucial, because it screens out people and groups who think this way. It is possible to live without the Offense Test, but only as a homogenized society in which speech is tightly controlled, and every man is expected to be ready to kill for the slightest offense, and every woman must be escorted everywhere by her husband or father. But such a society will be not be a multicultural one, it will have one dominant religion, culture and gender—with all others reduced to second-class citizenship. Muslims have already set up such societies all across the globe, and they are welcome to live in them, at least until they choose to reform them into some semblance of civilization. But instead they propose to remake the First World along the same lines, and they have no shortage of Western apologists who are eager to help them achieve that goal.
GREECE
Their argument of the apologists always comes down to blaming the victims of Islamic violence for the initial offense. Not only does this argument come down to the same position taken by the Grand Mufti of Australia, when he declared that rape victims were “uncovered meat” who were just asking for it, but even were it true that Muslim violence is only a response to some provocation or offense, then that alone demonstrates that Islam is incompatible with participation in civil society.
NORWAY
If Muslims cannot see a woman in a short skirt without trying to rape her, then they are unfit to be members of society in which women have the right to dress as they please. If Muslims cannot see a cartoon of their prophet, without trying to murder the artist who drew it, then they cannot be members of any society with free speech. And if Muslims cannot give their loyalty to the country that they live in, rather than to the angry clerics of Saudi Arabia or Pakistan, than they had best move back to where their hearts truly lie. Otherwise their new country will be forced to judge every foreign policy decision not based on its own interests, but on whether its citizens will be subject to terrorist attacks from its domestic Muslims.
For Muslims, the Offense Test will serve to determine, whether they can live outside the Muslim world. For now, they are failing the test, and failing it badly.
Muslim immigration has not spread tolerance, but intolerance, not love but fear, and not knowledge, but ignorance. It is up to Muslims themselves to reverse that trend, by either passing the Offense Test and proving that they can tolerate being offended by the variety of views and images in a multicultural society, or disengaging from a non-Muslim world whose freedoms and perspectives they cannot learn to tolerate. The choice is simple enough, and the choice is theirs.

Jolly ol’ England takes the Christ out of Christmas…

…And replaces it with a bit of Muslim Eid and Hindu Diwali. Throw in a Star of David or two for good measure, and suddenly it doesn’t look like Christmas anymore. This is madness, political correctness on steroids.
UK DAILY MAILEid and Diwali are being celebrated alongside Christmas in a council-organised display of lights, even
though Eid is celebrated in early fall, and Diwali in November. Although the Muslim and Hindu events have already passed, the lights are being kept up by Rochdale Council in order to ‘represent the community’.
Officials are said to be anxious not to offend other faiths so they have ensured the Christmas display incorporates the other celebrations. (In their misguided efforts not to offend anyone else at Christmas time, they end up offending Christians).
Many described the lights as ‘fantastic’ but the move has been criticised by an MP who claims the council is ‘pussyfooting’ around.
Philip Davies, Tory MP for Shipley, West Yorkshire, told the Daily Star: ‘I’ve no idea why local authorities up and down the country are so ashamed of celebrating Christmas.
‘All this kind of pussyfooting around is done in the name of not offending other people from other faiths. ‘But it tends to be done by white middle-class people with some kind of bizarre guilt complex.’
The Christmas lights were switched on last night although the Muslim Festival of Eid ends today and Diwali was celebrated two weeks ago.
Former boy band member Simon Webbe from Blue flicked the switch for the display, which cost £89,500. A council spokesman said: ‘We have a varied and diverse display, representing our community.’
