Speaking of faggots…the real ‘Ellie Light’ (Obama fan letter spammer) is male health-care worker tied to Daily Kos, Obama-Ayers machine.

A male health-care worker who appears to be Ellie Light – the letter writer whose name appeared in dozens of newspapers nationwide praising President Obama – also is a diarist for the far-left Daily Kos website and an online friend of an individual tied to a radical pro-Obama group associated with William Ayers’ Weathermen terrorist organization.

Winston Steward, 51, of Frazier Park, Calif., told the Cleveland Plain-Dealer he made up the name “Ellie Light” to protect himself from criticism and possible physical attacks from “conservatives.” (WUSSIE) He said he used fake addresses across the country to get local newspapers to publish his letters.

Steward was one of several individuals who claimed to be Light. The Plain-Dealer, which published some of Light’s letters, reported Steward’s e-mail address matched the address of Light messages sent to U.S. newspapers. The Plain-Dealer also said that to track Steward, it used phone interviews and public records, including those of marriages, property and professional licenses in California and Texas.

Steward is signed up as a diarist at the Daily Kos, where he has written about such topics as pressuring Republican senators to work with Democrats as well as humanitarian aid for the Palestinian population in the Gaza Strip. READ MORE: WND

Obama plans to kill another industry dedicated to American exceptionalism – NASA

NASA’s plans to return astronauts to the moon are dead. So are the rockets being designed to take them there — that is, if President Barack Obama gets his way. He would rather spend the money on projects for monitoring CLIMATE CHANGE.

Maybe this is payback for losing the ‘Kennedy’ seat in Massachusetts?

When the White House releases his budget proposal Monday, there will be no money for the Constellation program that was supposed to return humans to the moon by 2020. The  Ares I rocket that was to replace the space shuttle to ferry humans to space will be gone, along with money for its bigger brother, the Ares V cargo rocket that was to launch the fuel and supplies needed to take humans back to the moon.

There will be no lunar landers, no moon bases, no Constellation program at all. Instead, the White House will direct NASA to concentrate on Earth-science projects — principally, researching and monitoring climate change — and on a new technology research and development program that will one day make human exploration of asteroids and the inner solar system possible.

There will also be funding for private companies to develop capsules and rockets that can be used as space taxis to take astronauts on fixed-price contracts to and from the International Space Station — a major change in the way the agency has done business for the past 50 years.

The White House budget request, which is certain to meet fierce resistance in Congress, scraps the Bush administration’s Vision for Space Exploration and signals a major reorientation of NASA, especially in the area of human spaceflight.

“We certainly don’t need to go back to the moon,” said one administration official.

Few doubt that a fight is looming. In order to finance new science and technology programs and find money for commercial rockets, Obama will be killing off programs that have created jobs in some powerful constituencies, including the Marshall Space Flight Center in Shelby’s Alabama. But the White House is said to be ready for a fight.

Is America ready for a biological terrorist attack?

According to the CDC, the United States is unprepared to deal with a biological attack. Much of the needed equipment is not available. Pathogen sensors are not in place to detect that a biological attack has taken place.

New medicines are needed. In combating terrorist attacks, treatment is a more practical approach than prevention; yet many biological agents are extremely difficult to treat with existing medicines once the symptoms appear. In addition, many of the most important prophylactic drugs have limited shelf lives and cannot be stockpiled. Moreover, their effectiveness could be compromised by a sophisticated attacker.

Among weapons of mass destruction, biological weapons are more destructive than chemical weapons, including nerve gas. In certain circumstances, biological weapons can be as devastating as nuclear ones—a few kilograms of anthrax can kill as many people as a Hiroshima-size nuclear weapon.

Local emergency medical response capability is limited. A number of localities define a “mass casualty event” as one with more than a dozen casualties, far fewer than an intentional biological release could cause. Emergency room capacity in major cities can be overwhelmed all too quickly by more common emergencies. Much emergency medical capability is also located in downtown areas that may be targeted for attack. CDC

Al-Qaeda seeks WMD, report says America is unprepared.

The United States has not done enough to protect the country against the threat of weapons of mass destruction even as Al-Qaeda appears intent on staging a large-scale attack, reports said. A bipartisan panel warned that the government had failed to adopt measures to counter the danger posed by extremists using WMD, saying the administration lacked plans for a rapid response to a possible biological attack.

“Nearly a decade after September 11, 2001, one year after our original report, and one month after the Christmas Day bombing attempt, the United States is failing to address several urgent threats, especially bioterrorism,” said former senator Bob Graham, chair of the Commission on the Prevention of Weapons of Mass Destruction Proliferation and Terrorism.

He said that Washington no longer had “the luxury of a slow learning curve, when we know Al-Qaeda is interested in bioweapons.” The findings came as a former CIA officer wrote in a report that Al-Qaeda’s leaders have been working methodically since the 1990s to secure weapons that could inflict massive bloodshed.  READ MORE: BREITBART

IRAQ: Bombings escalate now that they know Obama won't do anything about it

Three powerful car bombs shook Baghdad today, targeting hotels frequented by Westerners and businessmen.

The death toll from the blasts currently stands at  3 dead and over 70 wounded and is expected to rise, according to Iraqi police. The coordinated attacks began with an explosion at the compound which houses both the Ishtar Sheraton and the Palestine hotels at around 3:40 this afternoon, Baghdad time.

This was swiftly followed by explosions at the Babylon and al Hamra hotels. The Babylon is a popular haunt for Iraqi businessmen while the al Hamra has been home to many Western journalists since the Iraq invasion in 2003. ABC NEWS

The FBI said today that the man arrested early Monday in New Jersey with a high-powered rifle and a hotel room full of weapons that included a grenade launcher was “not a terrorism thing. Investigators found the cache of weapons, which in addition to a grenade launcher, included another high-powered rifle, a night vision scope, a police scanner, a Middle Eastern-looking head scarf, a map of a military installation and a map of an out-of-state civilian community.

Local authorities in Branchburg Township arrested 43-year-old Lloyd Woodson Monday after responding to a call about a man acting suspiciously, according to a report by the Somerset County Prosecutor’s Office. When he was arrested, Woodson was wearing a bulletproof vest and was carrying a high-powered rifle under a long military-style jacket with several clips of hollow-point ammunition. ABC NEWS
