Military prosecutors often use the “shotgun approach” to charging. Their strategy is simple, charge a military service member with as many charges as possible, and they will have no choice but to plead guilty. It is not uncommon for a court martial charge sheet to be 3 pages long, usually with the same conduct charged over and over again, in a variety of ways.

The Government has virtually unlimited financial resources and some prosecutors will try to win at all costs. CID, OSI, NCIS, & other military investigators are trained to use lies, trickery, & deceit, & they are good at it. Their official training courses teach them to use “Liars, Trickery, & Deceit” to get the job done. They will get away with as much lying as the defense lawyer will allow.

The Government has its own staff of criminal investigators (CID, NCIS, OSI, MPI, etc.) trying to dig up dirt to use against you. Navy SEALs have secretly captured one of the most wanted terrorists in Iraq — the alleged mastermind of the murder and mutilation of four Blackwater USA security guards in Fallujah in 2004. And three of the SEALs who captured him are now facing criminal charges, sources told FoxNews.com.

The three, all members of the Navy’s elite commando unit, have refused non-judicial punishment — called an admiral’s mast — and have requested a trial by court-martial. Ahmed Hashim Abed, whom the military code-named “Objective Amber,” told investigators he was punched by his captors — and he had the bloody lip to prove it.

Unless this guy shows up with multiple compound fractures caused by the repeated use of a chunk of rebar long after he was in custody in the rear, I will go on record as saying I don’t give a f***.

You have absolutely got to be shittin’ me, a bloody lip? Good Lord, I hope he didn’t have any scrapes on him’s widdle knee. This is another slap in the faces of those we ask to do the toughest job on the damn planet. I think it may just be time to have a no prisoners policy. All of the organs of our government now seem to be more concerned with the safety and legal rights of murderous barbarians and oblivious to the damage they are doing to the morale and esprit de corps of our troops, not to mention the safety of our country.

WTF is wrong with these people? The only nice thing is they will face a jury of their peers as they told the command to suck it and demanded court martial. All it takes is a few good men on that f**king jury to tell all the chickenshits in the chain of command that we know who the good guys are and these guys walk. We also issue this statement due to the unfortunate yet expected wave of apologetic statements being given around the world which smack of apostasy, especially in the land of the Lead Crusaders, the United States of America, the likes of which are only given either to safeguard their worldly gains from living there, due to their misguidance and ignorance of firm principles which they easily throw away based on their false concepts of “general interest”, or due to the verdicts of misguided or evil scholars.

The general principle is that it is not allowed for the Muslims to live permanently in the lands of the infidels. The Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said:

« أنا بريء من كل مسلم يقيم بين ظهراني المشركين…»

“I am free of every Muslim who lives amongst the polytheists…”There are scholars who have stated its permissibility, but with the condition that the Muslim is able to practice the tenets of his religion properly, from the most important of which is matters of alliance and disavowal (al-wala’ wal-bara’ – the clear declaration of alliance with the believers and enmity and disassociation from the disbelievers). For most people living amongst the polytheists, this is not something possible.

It is not permissible for Muslims to aid the infidels in any way in war against the Muslims, whether physically, morally, financially, or strategically. There is a consensus amongst the scholars that whoever does so, even by a mere gesture, has committed an act of apostasy and has left the fold of Islam, based upon the verse:

۞ يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا لَا تَتَّخِذُوا الْيَهُودَ وَالنَّصَارَىٰ أَوْلِيَاءَ ۘ بَعْضُهُمْ أَوْلِيَاءُ بَعْضٍ ۚ وَمَن يَتَوَلَّهُم مِّنكُمْ فَإِنَّهُ مِنْهُمْ ۗ إِنَّ اللَّهَ لَا يَهْدِي الْقَوْمَ الظَّالِمِينَ

O you who believe! Take not the Jews and the Christians as allies, they are but allies to one another. If any amongst you allies them, then surely he is one of them. Verily, Allah guides not those people who are the wrong-doers. (Al-Ma’idah: 51)

Joining the infidel armies is one of the worst forms of this aid. The actions of Nidal Malik Hasan were not contrary to the religion of Islam, rather they are encouraged by it, for no covenant exists between Muslims in the U.S. and the U.S. government and army.

If there was initially some covenant, that covenant is now void due to the various crimes the United States has committed to break it, from them engaging in war with the Muslims, imprisoning Muslims, and by the rape and abuse of Muslim men and women to name a few.

If one does hold the opinion that the covenant stands, they in no way are to condemn Nidal Malik Hasan or his actions, as there are legitimate scholars and opinions which state otherwise. Rather, all Muslims are to regard him as a brother and Mujahid who risked his life in avenging the weak and oppressed Muslims around the world, who based his actions on valid and legitimate texts and opinions of scholars. Even if he had not based his actions on valid opinions and indeed was mistaken, the most which would be said that he made a mistake, and that the sin of the infidels was much worse than his mistake, as Allah said in the Qur’an:

﴿يَسْأَلُونَكَ عَنِ الشَّهْرِ الْحَرَامِ قِتَالٍ فِيهِ قُلْ قِتَالٌ فِيهِ كَبِيرٌ وَصَدٌّ عَن سَبِيلِ اللّهِ وَكُفْرٌ بِهِ وَالْمَسْجِدِ الْحَرَامِ وَإِخْرَاجُ أَهْلِهِ مِنْهُ أَكْبَرُ عِندَ اللّهِ وَالْفِتْنَةُ أَكْبَرُ مِنَ الْقَتل﴾

We warn all Muslims, both individuals and organizations, to fear Allah in the views they hold and statements they make in regards to the validity of Nidal’s actions, the character of our brother, and the correct Islamic views in relation to matters of this sort.

In conclusion, we again congratulate all Muslims, especially those in the United States, and especially our heroic brother Nidal Malik Hasan, for indeed he has raised our heads and made us proud. He realized the truth about the “war on terror”, and waged his own war on terror. When he realized the sin of being in the army, and when he came to know he may be sent overseas to fight Muslims, he instead chose to fight those who truly deserved to be fought. He risked his life to show that the Muslim Ummah is one Ummah indeed, and that Muslims must target their enemies wherever they may be, even in their own lands. We hope other “Muslims” in the US army repent from their apostasy and take him as a role model, instilling fear in the enemies of Allah and taking them by surprise wherever they may be.

The three, all members of the Navy’s elite commando unit, have refused non-judicial punishment — called an admiral’s mast — and have requested a trial by court-martial. (Good for them, they should not be punished, they should be given the Navy cross for heroism)

Ahmed Hashim Abed, whom the military code-named “Objective Amber,” told investigators he was punched by his captors — and he had the bloody lip to prove it. Now, instead of being lauded for bringing to justice a high-value target, three of the SEAL commandos, all enlisted, face assault charges and have retained lawyers.

The three SEALs will be arraigned separately on Dec. 7. Another three SEALs — two officers and an enlisted sailor — have been identified by investigators as witnesses but have not been charged.

FoxNews.com obtained the official handwritten statement from one of the three witnesses given on Sept. 3, hours after Abed was captured and still being held at the SEAL base at Camp Baharia. He was later taken to a cell in the U.S.-operated Green Zone in Baghdad.

The SEAL told investigators he had showered after the mission, gone to the kitchen and then decided to look in on the detainee. ”I gave the detainee a glance over and then left,” the SEAL wrote. “I did not notice anything wrong with the detainee and he appeared in good health.”

United States Central Command declined to discuss the detainee, but a legal source told FoxNews.com that the detainee was turned over to Iraqi authorities, to whom he made the abuse complaints. He was then returned to American custody. The SEAL leader reported the charge up the chain of command, and an investigation ensued.

The source said intelligence briefings provided to the SEALs stated that “Objective Amber” planned the 2004 Fallujah ambush, and “they had been tracking this guy for some time.”

The Fallujah atrocity came to symbolize the brutality of the enemy in Iraq and the degree to which a homegrown insurgency was extending its grip over Iraq.

The four Blackwater agents were transporting supplies for a catering company when they were ambushed and killed by gunfire and grenades. Insurgents burned the bodies and dragged them through the city. They hanged two of the bodies on a bridge over the Euphrates River for the world press to photograph. FOX NEWS

When 2nd Lt. James Cathey’s body arrived at the Reno Airport , Marines climbed into the cargo hold of the plane and draped the flag over his casket as passengers watched the family gather on the tarmac.

During the arrival of another Marine’s casket last year at Denver International Airport , Major Steve Beck described the scene as so powerful: ‘See the people in the windows? They sat right there in the plane, watching those Marines. You gotta wonder what’s going through their minds, knowing that they’re on the plane that brought him home,’ he said ‘They will remember being on that plane for the rest of their lives. They’re going to remember bringing that Marine home. And they should.’

The night before the burial of her husband’s body, Katherine Cathey refused to leave the casket, asking to sleep next to his body for the last time The Marines made a bed for her, tucking in the sheets below the flag. Before she fell asleep, she opened her laptop computer and played songs that reminded her of ‘Cat,’ and one of the Marines asked if she wanted them to continue standing watch as she slept. ‘I think it would be kind of nice if you kept doing it,’ she said. ‘I think that’s what he would have wanted’

1) At the first sight of her husband’s flag-draped casket, Katherine Cathey broke into uncontrollable sobs, finding support in the arms of Major Steve Beck.  When Beck first knocked on her door in Brighton, Colorado, to notify her of her husband’s death, she glared at him, cursed him, and refused to speak to him for more than an hour.  Over the next several days, he helped guide her through the grief.  By the time they reached the tarmac, she wouldn’t let go.

2) Minutes after her husband’s casket arrived at the Reno airport, Katherine Cathey fell onto the flag.  When 2nd Lt. James Cathey left for Iraq, he wrote a letter to Katherine that read, in part, “there are no words to describe how much I love you, and will miss you.  I will also promise you one thing:  I will be home.  I have a wife and a new baby to take care of, and you guys are my world.”

3) After arriving at the funeral home, Katherine Cathey pressed her pregnant belly to her husband’s casket, moaning softly.  Two days after she was notified of Jim’s death in Iraq, she found out they would have a boy.  Born on December 23, 2005, he was named James Jeffrey Cathey, Jr.

John Moore recorded an image of Mary McHugh at the grave of her fiance Sgt. James John Regan (who was killed by an IED explosion in Iraq in February 2007) at Arlington National Cemetery, May 27, 2007.

Mary McHugh, the fiancé of a James Regan, moved a thousand mourners to tears with her touching tribute at his funeral.  “Jimmy was a hero to many, but he was always very humble,” she said of her beloved.  “He always sought team success and not personal glory.”

Regan was to marry McHugh, a medical student at Emory University, when his Army service ended.  He was killed in February 2007 by a roadside bomb in Iraq. “Jimmy and I were so excited to stand up in front of God, our family and friends and declare our love for each other,” McHugh said.  ”Only God knows why we were deprived of that opportunity, but it doesn’t change the sentiments I have.”
