During a presentation at the Bedford County Emergency Management Agency, former FBI agent John Guandolo briefed members about groups such as the Muslim Brotherhood, which he claims is working with other Islamic groups to slowly 
implement Shariah, also known as Islamic law, which encompasses all areas of life.
Guandolo worked in the FBI since 1996, including nine years as a member of its SWAT team. After 9/11, he worked in the Bureau’s Washington Field Office’s Counterterrorism Division, developing expertise concerning Al Qaeda, Muslim Brotherhood organizations and the Islamic movement in the U.S. He now works with Stephen Coughlin, former Islamic Expert for the Joint Chiefs of Staff, to advise leaders at the federal level and also brief local law enforcement about the Islamic threat at home.
Coughlin was fired from his position with the Joint Chiefs following a report revealing opposition to his work by officials within the office of Deputy Defense Secretary Gordon England, according to a Washington Times report dated Jan. 4, 2008. Coughlin had run afoul of a key aide to England, a Muslim named Hasham Islam, who accused him of being a Christian zealot or extremist “with a pen,” according to defense officials, the report states.

Every major Muslim organization is controlled by the Muslim Brotherhood, the former FBI agent said, which he said was formed to overthrow America and establish Islamic law. ”They’re having great success of implementing Shariah law, I could give you a thousand examples,” Guandolo said.
He said small concessions like installing foot baths, and colleges forced to have separate swimming times for Islamic men and women so not to offend Muslims, are other parts of the strategy.
But Guandolo said that federal leadership is reluctant to act against these Islamic organizations due to political correctness and the threats of lawsuits.
He said that Muslim groups will demand concessions on matters by saying, “You have to do this; you have to do this or I will be offended.” ”The solution to this is you,” Guandolo said. “If you are looking to DHS, the FBI and Congress to solve this … you’re going to be woefully disappointed.”
He said that FBI agents in the field “are working good cases,” but that the FBI leadership “is unwilling to do what the agents are asking them to do, which is to pony up and use some courage and start stepping on these people.” “This is political subversion, this is an insurgency in the United States,” he said of the Islamic movement. “Insurgency is thwarted at the local level and the tip of the spear is local police.”
Guandolo also said that the group CAIR, the Council on American-Islamic Relations, is actually a front for the terror group Hamas.
He also said that he was threatened with his job no less than three times by superiors in the FBI “that told me we were creating waves in the Muslim community.”
Guandolo also said to watch what is happening in Great Britain, where Islamic radicalism has taken root. He noted that a member of the Danish Parliament was recently denied entry into the United Kingdom for fear that it would offend Muslims.
“They denied him access while at the same time, Islamic law is being instituted on the streets of Great Britain,” he said.

Under the radar, stealth Obama quietly drops sanctions and approves aerospace system for Syria.
WASHINGTON — President Barack Obama has authorized a Saudi project to supply aerospace systems to Syria, in what was seen as the suspension of U.S. sanctions,
Government sources said Obama directed the Commerce Department to approve the export of U.S. components for Syria’s fleet of Boeing 747 aircraft. The sources said a Saudi defense company would supply and install the components in the aging Syrian dual-use aircraft.
The Commerce Department has not confirmed the approval. Boeing, however, acknowledged that Commerce approved an export license for Syria on Feb. 2.
The sources said the approval by Commerce marked a departure from nearly five years of sanctions by the outgoing Bush administration. Under the Syrian Accountability Act, Syria was to be denied all but food and humanitarian supplies from the United States. Bush aides said Syria had used passenger jets to ferry weapons from Iran to Hizbullah in Lebanon.
On Feb. 15, Syrian ambassador to the United States, Imad Mustafa, said the U.S. Treasury Department approved the transfer of $500,000 to a Syrian charity. (How nice, another terrorist charity, just like CAIR)
Mustafa’s announcement came on the eve of the visit by a U.S. Senate delegation to Damascus. The delegation was headed by Senate Foreign Relations Committee chairman Sen. John Kerry, scheduled to meet President Bashir Assad. (Traitor meets terrorist, perfect)

Archbishop of Canterbury: “Society is coming round to my (favorable) views on Shari’a law.”
The Archbishop of Canterbury has defended his controversial comments about the introduction of Islamic law to Britain and claimed that public opinion is now behind him. (Uh Oh!)
On the anniversary of the interview in which Dr Rowan Williams said it “seems inevitable” that some parts of sharia would be enshrined in this country’s legal code, he claimed “a number of fairly senior people” now take the same view.
He added that there is a “drift of understanding” towards what he was saying, and that the public sees the difference between letting Muslim courts decide divorces and wills, and allowing them to rule on criminal cases and impose harsh punishments. (They do? Well I guess the Brits are in a lot worse shape than we believed. Can everyone say “dhimmi?”)
However critics insist that family disputes must be dealt with by civil law rather than according to religious principles, and claim the Archbishop’s comments have only helped the case of extremists while making Muslim women worse off, because they do not have equal rights under Islamic law. (But that’s OK, as long we cater to Muslim men, they won’t cut our heads off. Yet.)
The Archbishop, the most senior cleric in the Church of England, faced calls to resign last February when he said it was likely that elements of the religious principles based on the Koran, concerning marriage, finance and conflict resolution, would be enshrined in British legislation one day. (Apparently the calls were ignored)
But in July he was supported by Lord Phillips of Worth Matravers, who was then the Lord Chief Justice, while it later emerged that five sharia courts are already operating mediation systems under the Arbitration Act, and that the Government allows Islamic tribunals to settle the custody and financial affairs of divorcing couples and send their judgements to civil courts for approval. (Did anybody in the UK get to vote on this? Oh, that’s right, they now have a Muslim apologist as leader, just like we do in the US. Can everyone say “Allahu Akbar?”)
But Douglas Murray, the director of the Centre for Social Cohesion, said: “He has started a process which is deeply dangerous, damaging to Britain and to Muslim women in Britain. Neil Addison, a barrister who specialises in religious discrimination cases, said: “I think the Archbishop has failed to give a justification for sharia law. What’s the advantage it would bring to British Muslims and to British law? (And while you are debating the issue, Shari’a law is oppressing British Muslim women. How many ‘honor killings’ have you had in the last year?)

SPIEGEL: In Germany, a national debate is simmering over whether the country should take in prisoners from Guantanamo. What experience has Great Britain had in accepting detainees from the American prison camp?
Smith: We have taken back 13 detainees, nine of them were British nationals, another four have been residents. All are free citizens now. So we never had to regret our decisions, but of course I do also understand the reluctance of my German colleague Wolfgang Schäuble in this matter. (Yes, your German colleague is wise not to allow terrorists to run free in his country. When you get attacked again, can I say I told you so, Jacqui?)
SPIEGEL: How did those citizens and communities react to the fact that their new neighbours came from Camp Delta? Were there protests?
Smith: I think they understood how much grievance Guantanamo caused for the Muslim world. (Oh and the grievance they cause to your citizens doesn’t mean anything? You are as dangerous as the terrorists) And even worse, that it undermines our values, our democracy and human rights and that, finally, it makes it particularly difficult for us to maintain our fundamental argument in countering terror. (How can you claim to be countering terrorism when you invite terrorists into your country?You deserve to get hit again with such an attitude.)
SPIEGEL: Have those who came home been brought to trial in Great Britain?
Smith: No, there were no trials but we took certain security measures. (Riiiight, wouldn’t want to offend your Muslim friends with a pesky trial or anything like that, now, would you?)

English Lord Ahmed Threatens UK Democracy With 10,000 Terrorists

Hamas supporting Ahmed was responding to a member of the England House of Lords to invite colleagues to a private meeting in a conference room in the House of Lords to meet the Dutch politician Geert Wilders. The House of Lords is a venerable British institution, but what does one get if one accepts Muslims in?
A member of the Lords intended to invite her colleagues to a private meeting in a conference room in the House of Lords to meet the Dutch politician Geert Wilders, an elected member of the Dutch parliament, to watch his controversial movie Fitna and discuss the movie and Wilders’ opinions with him.
Barely had the invitation been sent to all the members of the House when Lord Ahmed raised hell. He threatened to mobilize 10,000 Muslims to prevent Wilders from entering the House and threatened to take the colleague who was organizing the event to court. The result is that the event, which should have taken place last Thursday was cancelled. But after several hours of discussions on freedom of speech the event was placed back on.
Lord Ahmed immediately went to the Pakistan press to boast about his achievement, which he calls “a victory for the Muslim community.”
A victory for the Muslim community, but a defeat for British democracy where topics to which Muslims object cannot even be debated. That, apparently, is what one gets when one accepts Muslims into the UK House of Lords.

While the Palestinian Center for Human Rights, whose death toll figures have been widely cited, reports that 895 Gaza civilians were killed in the fighting, amounting to more than two-thirds of all fatalities, the IDF figures shown to the Post on Sunday put the civilian death toll at no higher than a third of the total.
The international community had been given a vastly distorted impression of the death toll because of “false reporting” by Hamas, said Col. Moshe Levi, the head of the IDF’s Gaza Coordination and Liaison Administration (CLA), which compiled the IDF figures.
As an example of such distortion, he cited the incident near a UN school in Jabalya on January 6, in which initial Palestinian reports falsely claimed IDF shells had hit the school and killed 40 or more people, many of them civilians. In fact, he said, 12 Palestinians were killed in the incident – nine Hamas operatives and three noncombatants. Furthermore, as had since been acknowledged by the UN, the IDF was returning fire after coming under attack, and its shells did not hit the school compound.
“From the beginning, Hamas claimed that 42 people were killed, but we could see from our surveillance that only a few stretchers were brought in to evacuate people,” said Levi, adding that the CLA contacted the PA Health Ministry and asked for the names of the dead. “We were told that Hamas was hiding the number of dead.”
Basing its work on the official Palestinian death toll of 1,338, Levi said the CLA had now identified more than 1,200 of the Palestinian fatalities. Its 200-page report lists their names, their official Palestinian Authority identity numbers, the circumstances in which they were killed and, where appropriate, the terrorist group with which they were affiliated.
The CLA said 580 of these 1,200 had been conclusively “incriminated” as members of Hamas and other terrorist groups.
Another 300 of the 1,200 – women, children aged 15 and younger and men over the age of 65 – had been categorized as noncombatants, the CLA said. Counted among the women, however, were female terrorists, including at least two women who tried to blow themselves up next to forces from the Givati and Paratroopers’ Brigades. Also classed as noncombatants were the wives and children of Nizar Rayyan, a Hamas military commander who refused to allow his family to leave his home even after he was warned by Israel that it would be bombed.
The 320 names yet to be classified are all men; the IDF has yet complete its identification work in these cases, but estimates that two-thirds of them were terror operatives.

Exclusive: Our beautiful Jenna died from a brain hemorrhage… even though I begged for a scan.
Days after doctors told Jenna Lester, 16, she had a virus she was dead from a brain haemorrhage. Her mum has battled for answers ever since.
As Sonia Lester anxiously stroked her daughter Jenna’s hair, she hoped that the 16-year-old’s symptoms really were nothing more than a tummy bug.
Jenna had suffered crippling headaches and aching eyes for weeks before she collapsed at home and was rushed to hospital.
Doctors diagnosed a stomach virus – despite the family’s pleas to give her a brain scan.
She was sent home but a week later suffered a massive seizure. Back at the hospital medics found a clot on her brain.
And within four days Jenna was dead. Sonia says: “When Jenna collapsed my husband Mark and I knew that something was wrong with her head.
“She’d been having appalling headaches for weeks and on top of that she’d hit her head hard when she collapsed.
“We begged the doctors over and over to do a brain scan, but they refused. It was only after the seizure that doctors started taking notice of her symptoms and we finally realised what a terrible mistake had been made.”
Jenna was admitted to the Medway Maritime Hospital, doctors performed a series of routine tests and diagnosed a gastric viral infection.
Meanwhile her parents asked doctor after doctor to investigate the headaches. “It was so frustrating when the doctors said she had a virus, because that just did not cover all her symptoms,” Sonia says. “We asked every single doctor that we could find if they would be able to help us, but all that any of them would say was that it wasn’t their department.”
Despite her parents’ pleas, Jenna was sent home shortly afterwards. But in the following days her headaches became so severe she could barely move.
Again Sonia begged doctors to look at her daughter’s head. Jenna was finally booked in for a scan on February 13, 2006, only to be told she must wait two more days following a communication foul-up. Hours after Sonia was told of the delay, her daughter suffered a huge seizure and was rushed back to hospital.
Sonia says: “After the seizure all the problems we’d faced in getting her a scan disappeared.
“ Suddenly there was a machine available and she was taken in straight away. Soon after, the doctors told us there was a massive clot in her brain and we knew all our worst fears had come true.”
Jenna – unconscious by now – was rushed to London’s King’s CollegeHospital, where surgeons worked against the clock to save her.
“Despite their efforts, Jenna’s life-support machine was turned off four days later.

This is not a rare occurrence. I have friends in the UK and Canada who say that this is the norm in Universal Healthcare. If you’re elderly, they don’t even try to save your life. Obama talks about a more efficient healthcare system, what he means is rationing healthcare. So if you’re over a certain age, they figure out how long a procedure will extend your life before giving it to you. As Tom Daschle said in his book on Healthcare, (I’ll paraphrase) “Old people have had long lives so they’ll just have to learn to live with certain conditions rather than wasting the State’s money on expensive medications and procedures.”
When America socializes medicine, where will Canadians go for healthcare?
